This relaxing 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Spanish semi-detached townhouse is just waiting to welcome you. It sleeps up to 8, with 2 of the bedrooms having access to their own private terraces.
Situated in the private community of Riviera del Sol, the house hosts large and naturally well lit rooms to relax in & a private enclosed garden, which is furnished with comfortable chairs and a table. Perfect for your al-fresco moments or lounging in the warm evenings with a cool drink to hand. There is also a built-in barbeque. The communal gardens host 2 pools and a separate sheltered seating/picnic area, to cut down on trips to the house during your poolside sunbathing sessions.
On the ground floor the living room of the house is large with plenty of seating options for guests and a fireplace should you decide to travel during the cool months. For the rest of the time there is air conditioning throughout. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for meal prep and comes with the mod cons you’d expect, such as a large fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine, dishwasher & washing machine. There is also a downstairs toilet located on this level.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a king double bed and ample closet space for your belongings. It also boasts an en-suite with two separate sinks, a bath and a shower. There is also a private balcony leading from this room, with more seating options and table to take your morning coffee. The second bedroom has two single bed and another private balcony with a smaller table and two chairs. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 more single beds and the fourth bedroom has another king double bed. The family bathroom can also be found upstairs with a bath and shower combo. Single beds in both rooms can be put together and made into super kings.
At the front of the house there is a private driveway and space for a car. More parking can be found on the street.
The Neighborhood
Beautifully appointed 1/2 mile from Miraflores golf and driving range with on site Village Inn pub/restaurant. Two other restaurants within 10 minute walk. Under 1.5 miles downhill to shops and beaches in Miraflores, Calahonda and Riviera del Sol. Near many of the 77 golf courses on the Costa del Sol. There are two communal pools with lifeguard and communal picnic/bar area. Great access to local beaches via foot, car or bus.
The communal pools are open from the 1st June until the 11th September. The daily timetable is 11.30 until 20:00 Monday to Sunday. The small pool is reserved as a resting and relaxation area for adults.

Extra Cot
A cot for young children can be rented for 12 euros per night.
Extra Bed
People no matter the age stay for EUR 25.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed, when requested.
Parties
Parties are not allowed. It’s a quiet area created for families & golfers to enjoy a perfect stay in our calm paradise. In case you are a group of friends please let us instead introduce you to our “party friendly” properties since this one is not a match for you.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival check-in is between 16.00-18.00.
Later arrival will incur the following late fees: 18:00-20:00, EUR 50 / 20:00-22:00, EUR 70 / 22:00 Onwards, EUR 100.
