This supremely stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment nestled in the hills overlooking Calahonda de Mijas is your perfect summer retreat. It has a large exterior terrace where you can take in the sea views while enjoying al fresco dining. The interior is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need to have a perfect self-catered holiday.
The main living space of this apartment is brightly lit with natural light which comes in through the large terrace doors and windows. The terrace itself is a special highlight. There is exterior furniture for both relaxing and dining. So you can enjoy some al fresco dining with beautiful sea views as your backdrop, or kick back and relax with a refreshing drink and wile away the warm evenings.
Inside the furnishings are comfortable and stylish, with air condition throughout to stay cool and heating throughout the property for the winter months. There is a smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix and high speed wifi. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need for a perfect self catered stay. Including oven, stove, fridge, Bosch washing machine/ dryer, microwave and nespresso pod coffee machine. There’s a breakfast bar with additional stools, perfect for light snacks or your morning coffee.
The master bedroom contains a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings. There is an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together to make a double. This also has its own wardrobe and en suite toilet with a standalone shower.
The neighborhood
The Cascadas de las Lomas complex has well maintained and matured communal gardens with plenty of space. There are 3 communal pools to choose from, a good number of sun loungers and outdoor showers. There is private underground parking with elevator access to the apartments.
A car is recommended to make the most of your stay. The centre of Calahonda is 2km down the hill from Cascadas de Las Lomas and offers a good choice of restaurants & bars together with supermarkets, shops, medical centre, taxi rank and banks.
Calahonda itself is well positioned on the Costa del Sol being centrally located. Both Marbella and Fuengirola are around a 20 minutes drive in either direction. From Fuengirola you can get the train all the way to the cultural gem that is Malaga if you want to venture out further during your stay.

Extra Cot
A cot for young children can be rented for 12 euros per night.
Extra Bed
People no matter the age stay for EUR 25.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed, when requested.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival check-in is between 16.00-18.00.
Later arrival will incur the following late fees: 18:00-20:00, EUR 50 / 20:00-22:00, EUR 70 / 22:00 Onwards, EUR 100.
Check-out time is at 10:00 AM.

Parties
Parties are not allowed. It’s a quiet area created for families & golfers to enjoy a perfect stay in our calm paradise. In case you are a group of friends please let us instead introduce you to our “party friendly” properties since this one is not a match for you.
