The Kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need for a home away from home holiday. The living room has a sofa bed for extra guests. There is also English channel television. The salon also has a very comfortable, open plan layout with a designated dining area. A hot/cold air conditioning unit is installed. The balcony is situated just off the salon through patio doors and overlooks the garden and pool area. This is an ideal area for all your outdoor dining. There’s a dining table and chairs for those al fresco moments, plus it’s a wonderful area to chill out in.
Apartments in this complex are in high demand because of its perfect location! This complex is close to everything, but inside it’s also a very tranquil complex. The complex is located just over the road from Paloma Park and Selwo Water Park. It’s close to Arroyo de la Miel, Palm Tree Avenue, to the beach and all of the local bars and restaurants. The marina at Benalmadena is a delight to see with many beaches and watersports to hand. The property is close to the train station which offers trains to Malaga and Fuengirola, with buses to Marbella and Gibraltar. Thanks to its wonderful location a car isn’t required.
The beach, bars and restaurants are only 10-15 mins walk away, where you can stroll along the promenade to the Puerto Marina. A large variety of food is available to suit everybody in this warm, clean and friendly area. From Benalmadena Marina, you can walk all the way along a flat promenade to Torremolinos, with plenty of little bars and restaurants on the way for refreshments. Alternatively, you can walk in the other direction along the promenade to the western edge of the resort. Above Benalmadena Costa on the side of the mountain is Benalmadena Pueblo, which is still an attractively old Spanish village with the typical whitewashed houses on cobbled streets. You’ll find all the eating out options you’d expect of an established resort from fish and chip shops, to quaint tapas bars and plenty restaurants with an international theme. More authentic dining can be found up in the Pueblo.
The beautiful Paloma Park is also nearby. It’s a very attractively landscaped park containing a large lake and animals running wild. The typical Spanish town of Arroyo de la Miel is only 10 mins walk away, and this is where you’ll find the train station offering trains to Malaga and Fuengirola, with buses to Fuengirola, La Cala, Marbella and down to Gibraltar.
For families with children there is also a lot to do on days out. You could visit the Dolfinarium, Tivoli amusement park, Sealife, the cable cars, Aquapark and the Butterfly Garden. Benalmadena is an ideal town for a short summer break, a fantastic base for discovering the rest of Andalucía, which is wonderful. A visit to culturally striking Malaga City is a must do! It’s ideal for longer winter stays as well, or for golfing holidays as there are over 100 golf courses on the Costa del Sol!
