This extremely stylish townhouse is located in the heart of the Costa del Sol in the small, nice and quiet urbanisation of Torrequebrada, which is located approximately 15km from Malaga Airport, 10km to Fuengirola, 15km to Mijas and only minutes’ drive to Benalmadena Costa and all its attractions! There is a large communal pool and gardens less than a minutes’ walk from the front door, so there’s chill out space on your doorstep.

On entering the townhouse you come into a wonderfully bright and stylishly modern living area with open plan living. Plus there’s a fully fitted kitchen, a toilet on this floor and then a staircase leading down to the three spacious bedrooms.

Just off the living room there is a set of French doors that open out onto a lovely sunny terrace, with a large built-in BBQ area. It also contains a dining table and chairs for that al fresco dining and an extra comfortable seating area for chilling out and enjoying the Spanish sunshine, with a cool drink to hand! There is a spiral staircase here leading up to the top roof terrace where again there are sun loungers, so you can sunbath in privacy whilst enjoying the great views.

The three large bedrooms are downstairs in this property. You have the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom, containing a double sink unit and a large shower area. This master bedroom also has French doors that lead out onto a lower garden area with sun loungers.

The second double bedroom is again large and spacious. Off this bedroom is a chillout space with comfortable armchairs where you can sit and read, listen to music and enjoy your time in Espana! The third bedroom has two single beds in this bright and airy room. Both of these bedrooms share a large family bathroom with double sinks, with a bath and shower.

In the lower area, there is a utility room with a washing machine and washing lines for drying clothes. This townhouse has marble and tiles on all floors. The house has been decorated to a high and very comfortable standard. There is fiber optic WIFI, plus English channel television. There is the option to stream from your devices, but please remember to bring an HDMI cable with you if you would like this option.

Here’s a little information about the area of Torrequebrada. It’s located along the Benalmádena coastline, just west of Benalmádena Costa and the famous marina – which reaches further up inland via Torrequebrada Golf Course. The area is also very well known for its casino. The casino is popular with locals and tourists, guaranteeing a great night out!

Torrequebrada is a very laid back area located between Benalmádena Costa and Fuengirola, with access to both of the beaches as well as the golf course and a selection of high-quality bars and restaurants. It quite simply is one of the most privileged areas along the Costa del Sol today.

A regular bus service runs through Torrequebrada along the coast road from Fuengirola to Málaga, as well as frequent buses to the town of Benalmadena and Arroyo de la Miel. The closest train station is that of Torremuelle so there are good transport links to get around and explore the area. A hire car is also an option if you wish to explore the area in more detail and the car hire companies at the airport tend to offer good deals.

The beaches of Torrequebrada and Las Yucas are wonderfully quiet beaches and unlike other beaches in Benalmadena, are not as bustling. Even on a hot summer day you can enjoy great moments of intimacy, not to mention its wonderful crystalline waters.

Please note: The beach at Torrequebrada beach is a little difficult to get access to, so it’s not suitable for people with disabilities. Also there is no beach bar, no sun beds with umbrellas and so it’s a good idea to take a picnic with you. This is a wonderfully quiet beach if you want a day away from it all. However, if you want the larger sandy beaches you just head down the road to Benalmadena where you will find sunbeds, bars, restaurants and water sports. So there’s something for everybody!

Plus you have Puerto Marina, with boats moored there from all corners of the world. There’s also sailing, water skiing, canoeing and underwater diving going on. Great for water sports and activities. The marina harbour area has a multitude of bars and restaurants with terraces, where one can simply sit and watch the activity of the port.

There is so much to do and see in this area of Benalmadena, so many different restaurants, shops, bars and cafes.
And don’t forget the train service which runs from Fuengirola all along the way to Malaga City, which is a must see city!
