There is a double bed and a private toilet in the master bedroom. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and the sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. There is a walk-in shower in the family bathroom. The property is newly renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, modern oven and stove, along with a coffee machine. So you can enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen’s fantastic breakfast bar. The townhouse also boasts a private patio with exterior dining furniture, for those al fresco moments and there is a raised sun terrace off of the master bedroom. There is air conditioning in the house, along with a smart TV so you won’t be without Netflix during those lazy evenings after a big day out.
The neighborhood
Benalmádena Pueblo, a colourful whitewashed village overlooking the resort area of Benalmádena Costa and Benalmádena marina, with beautiful views of the Benalmádena coast. A true place in the sun on the Costa del Sol. It is a beautiful little Spanish old town with cobbled streets that are a joy to walk and there’s a typical Andalusian main plaza with a fountain at the center. There are cafés, bars and restaurants within a short walk of the property. The Torrequebrada Golf Course is 4 km from the property.

Extra Cot
A cot for young children can be rented for 12 euros per night.
Extra Bed
People no matter the age stay for EUR 25.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed, when requested.
Parties
Parties are not allowed. It’s a quiet area created for families to stay in our calm paradise. In case you are a group of friends please let us instead introduce you to our “party friendly” properties since this one is not a match for you.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival check-in is between 16.00-18.00.
Later arrival will incur the following late fees: 18:00-20:00, EUR 50 / 20:00-22:00, EUR 70 / 22:00 Onwards, EUR 100.
