This welcoming 2 bedroom apartment in La Cala de Mijas provides everything you might need for a relaxing, self catering holiday on the Costa del Sol. The two main bedrooms come with double beds and plenty of closet space. In the living room, the sofa futon can sleep another person comfortably, meaning a total of 5 can stay, to hit up the many golf greens or explore the coast.
The master bathroom has a modern feel and a walk-in shower. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the appliances you’d expect, including a cooker/hob, fridge, freezer, washer, dryer, coffee pod machine, and kettle. Perfect for fixing a full meal or a quick snack. There is a smart TV in the sitting room, air conditioning throughout, and wifi. The living room is lit with natural light which filters in through sliding doors, which lead out onto a private balcony. A perfect spot to take in views of the sea while sipping on a cool drink. The communal gardens and pools are located a short stroll away.
The apartment can comfortably sleep 5 people. With 2 double beds in the bedrooms and a spacious sofa futon in the living room. A mobile fold up bed is also available for hire on request.
Torrenueva Park Apartments enjoy a perfect location since it is situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol. It is situated half an hour from the city of Málaga, 20 minutes from the airport and less than 15 minutes from Marbella.
The neighborhood
Near Torrenueva Park you can find the high number of golf courses the area is known for. Golf tournaments in many of these golf courses are held near our apartments in La Cala de Mijas. The Costa del Sol is known as the Costa del Golf, with over 70 courses to choose from. The historic centres of the towns and villages in the Costa del Sol such as La Cala de Mijas, are bursting with a diverse range of shops and markets, bars and restaurants.

Extra Cot
A cot for young children can be rented for 12 euros per night.
Extra Bed
People no matter the age stay for EUR 25.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed, when requested.
Parties
Parties are not allowed. It’s a quiet area created for families & golfers to enjoy a perfect stay in our calm paradise.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival check-in is between 16.00-18.00.
Later arrival will incur the following late fees: 18:00-20:00, EUR 50 / 20:00-22:00, EUR 70 / 22:00 Onwards, EUR 100.
