Welcome to this wonderfully bright and welcoming ground floor apartment, in the fantastic Aloha Garden Marbella resort. The master bedroom is equipped with a sumptuous double bed, with its own access to the apartment’s large and private terrace. Providing the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee in peace. The large windowed terrace doors fill the room with light and it has an en-suite.
The second bedroom comes equipped with 2 single beds and has access to the main family bathroom with a bath and shower. The property can sleep 5 guests, as an extra fold up bed can be hired.
The main living and dining area is also bathed in light due to the terrace doors leading to the main terrace area, which is sheltered and equipped with a lovely exterior dining set that can comfortably seat 4 people. Meaning there will be plenty of opportunities to indulge in some al fresco dining moments. Or reign in the day with a cool drink and some tapas.
The apartment is air conditioned throughout and comes equipped with wifi. The kitchen has all mod cons, including a washer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Everything needed for a wonderful self-catering holiday as you explore glamorous Marbella.
The neighborhood
The spectacular grounds feature waterfalls and pools. Guests can enjoy sea views from the resort’s terrace. As well as the superb central swimming pool and its surrounding terrace and Mediterranean gardens, there are another 2 pools elsewhere in the resort, one of which is enclosed with a sliding canopy and is heated during the winter.
This ever-popular resort is situated just 2 km from Puerto Banus and 6 km from Marbella town, in the heart of Nueva Andalucia’s Golf Valley, next to the Aloha golf course, with 4 others close by.
The Aloha tennis centre has 2 hard courts and a clay court, as well as a bar and changing room facilities. Puerto Banús has plenty of supermarkets and restaurants, and Marbella is just 10 minutes’ drive away. The area has a variety of popular golf courses.
Aloha Gardens is unique in its location, surrounded by a multitude of fantastic restaurants catering to all types of diets. In addition to the more formal evening eateries there is also the choice of al fresco dining such as Studio 68 and Cafe Gourmet Marbella and all are within leisurely walking distance.

Arrival and Departure
Arrival check-in is between 16.00-18.00.
Later arrival will incur the following late fees: 18:00-20:00, EUR 50 / 20:00-22:00, EUR 70 / 22:00 Onwards, EUR 100.
