The shared pool is large and has a glass ‘fence’ surround which makes this ideal for families with young children as you can happily let them wander about without any worry of not been able to see your children whilst you chill out on your front terrace area.
The complex is also secure with a gate requiring a secure pin code to gain entry. Also, the mature gardens add to the sense of calm and tranquillity. There is also private on street parking for the complex. All in all, a great neighbourhood! The beach which is approx. a 15-minute walk away has a lovely board-walk stretching many kilometres, where you can stroll in the evenings and watch the sun set, walk to the marina, the sand dunes of the tranquil natural reserve or to La Cala. There are several golf courses within 30 minutes or less and Calahonda has its own course, five minutes’ drive from townhouse. Taxis are available at El Zoco shopping centre and bus stops are only a short distance on the A7 road with regular bus services. I.E. Marbella every half hour or Fuengirola. The nearest train station is in Fuengirola with trains every 20mins to coastal destinations and along to the city of Malaga. This train service is easily accessible and extremely inexpensive. There are so many tourist attractions in Mijas Costa that you will be spoiled for choice!
