This fantastic 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment has a totally chilled out vibe. It’s very much a beach style apartment within walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Benalmadena and La Carihuela.
The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom has the option to sleep two persons in a pull-out bed system. The bathrooms both have walk in modern showers.
The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout. It also has fibre optic Wi-Fi, which is perfect if you wish to stream movies or TV shows.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen leads onto a small terrace used as the utility area, which again provides stunning views from the kitchen.
The living room/lounge area is bright and spacious with a dining table that can sit 6 people, plus the lounge has comfortable seating with stunning sea views! Off the living area is the balcony which has an exterior table and chairs for those Al Fresco dining Moments. Or if you simply want to sit out on your balcony and watch the world go by with the Mediterranean sea in the background!
The complex of Los Porches has a fantastic private swimming pool for the residents, which also has a children’s pool section and beautifully mature communal gardens to relax in.
Los Porches Plaza is a small plaza with its own selection of bars and restaurants ranging from Spanish, English and Indian, catering for all tastes! The plaza is also located very close to Puerto Marina, where you can find a larger selection of bars, restaurants, shops, night clubs and such. Walking to the beach and Puerto Marina takes approx. 5/8-minutes.
Malaga airport is only 25 minutes drive away, while the nearest train station is El Pinillo, 1km away.
