This wonderful two bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse apartment is situated in the fantastic Paraiso Riviera complex. As a penthouse apartment it has a wonderful and extremely large roof terrace overlooking the hills of Mijas, with views of the Mediterranean sea! The complex has beautiful gardens and a wonderful large swimming pool, including a small children’s pool which makes it an ideal place to relax, unwind, soak up the sun and enjoy your holiday.
The penthouse is furnished nicely and has everything you need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s an ideal location for getting to know the area around Riviera del Sol, Calahonda, La Cala, Cabopino and exploring Mijas Costa.
The apartment itself is bright and spacious. It has a lounge/dining room with patio doors leading onto a large, sunny terrace that overlooks the hills and has views of the sea. Off the terrace area there’s a set of stairs up to the extremely large roof terrace that has sun loungers and also a stone brick BBQ for those al fresco moments.
The main bedroom also has a patio door onto the terrace. It comes with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There’s also a second shower room close to this bedroom with a shower.
There’s a fully fitted kitchen which includes a microwave, oven/hob, fridge freezer and a washing machine. The lounge area has a L-shaped sofa, a dining table and six chairs. There’s a flat screen TV and the apartment also has air conditioning.
The complex itself is completely secure with access for residents only through the electronically controlled gates, making it an extremely safe environment for children.
The apartment complex is located approx. 1km from the beach and the popular beach bar restaurant Max Beach. You can enter onto the popular boardwalk connecting La Cala de Mijas to Cabopino in Marbella, ideal for walking along the beach front with many bars and restaurants along the way to sample. The apartment is also located close to the Riviera Sports club, which has tennis, padel, gym and restaurant.
If you are a golf fan there’s the Miraflores Golf driving range where you can get some practise in and have a cool drink at the bar/restaurant on site. Most importantly you are approx. 900 metres from all the local restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets.
There is also a local bus service that serves the Riviera and Calahonda areas. There’s a taxi rank in front of the commercial centre at the entrance to Riviera del sol. These local taxis are good and inexpensive.
If you want to explore the area you have the quaint village of La Cala de Mijas, which is located 4 km from the apartments. Then you have trendy Marbella which is located 11km away. The bustling town of Fuengirola is 10km from the property. All are accessible by bus, taxi or car. Happy exploring!
