FOREIGN buyers continue to surge back in the property market in Málaga province, with a 15% increase during the first half of this year compared to the same period last year.

Foreign buyers purchased a total of 5,570 homes in Málaga during the first six months of the year, making up 39% of all home sales in the province, according to data released by the Ministry of Public Works last week.
