This one bedroom apartment is at the heart of Benalmadena Costa, offering various on site facilities such as a fitness centre and several swimming pools, sea views from the 9th floor and easy access to the Costa del Sol, with its many beaches and attractions.
It can comfortably sleep 4 people. The bedroom contains a double bed with closet space and access to the balcony. The main living area is equipped with two armchairs which can both be converted into separate beds. There is a dining table for four, the balcony offering sea views, and the kitchen is equipped with necessities including a hob, fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine. The neighborhood
This resort has 15000 m2 of gardens and artificial lakes. It has five spectacular pools, giant slides, a 2000 m2 water park, which includes a separate children´s pool. The complex also has its own bars, café and supermarket.
The complex is situated over the road from the popular Paloma Park and Selwo Marine Park. You’re just 100m to the award winning El Bil Bil beach and on the doorstep of the local bars and restaurants. The marina at Benalmadena is a delight to see with many beaches and water sports to try your hand at. The property is a 20 minute walk to the train station which offers trains to Malaga and Fuengirola, with buses to Marbella and Gibraltar. Thanks to its wonderful location a car is not required, but should you wish to use one there is free limited parking available.
