This is a wonderful and modern ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for families, this property can sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom comes equipped with a double bed and en-suite with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both rooms come with closet space and room darkening blinds.
In the main area there is a fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space and all of the mod cons you would expect, including a washing machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. Off this there is a welcoming living and dining area well lit with natural light from the terrace doors. The sofa bed can be folded out to sleep 2 more guests. There’s a large smart TV built into the wall and a fireplace to make things cozy during the cooler months. Its bright and spacious rooms are comfortably furnished, promising a relaxing stay on the Costa del Sol. There is wifi and air con throughout.
The apartment also includes a private terrace. This is furnished with a full dining set that can easily accommodate 4 people, so you can enjoy some al fresco dining during those lovely warm evening.
The neighborhood
Situated in Riviera del Mar, you will find yourself in a quiet community for maximum relaxation, while also being only a 5 minute walk to the beach the area’ss many shops and restaurants! They are almost on your doorstep.
If you are planning on driving dring your stay there is private parking within the complex and free parking is available on the street.
There is a large communal pool(open all year round), a children’s pool and an outdoor shower is also available for your use. All situated in a large and inviting communal garden.

Extra Cot
A cot for young children can be rented for 12 euros per night.
Extra Bed
People no matter the age stay for EUR 25.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed, when requested.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival check-in is between 16.00-18.00.
Later arrival will incur the following late fees: 18:00-20:00, EUR 50 / 20:00-22:00, EUR 70 / 22:00 Onwards, EUR 100.
Check-out time is at 10:00 AM.

Parties
Parties are not allowed. It’s a quiet area created for families & golfers to enjoy a perfect stay in our calm paradise. In case you are a group of friends please let us instead introduce you to our “party friendly” properties since this one is not a match for you.
