Casa Avila is an Andalucian-style five-bedroom villa that is located in the ever-popular La Cala de Mijas area of the Costa del Sol. A dream holiday property with everything you could wish for including a private pool, large terraces, an Outdoor kitchen area with gas BBQ plus pool table, and stunning sea views. Ideal for family groups or friends, it’s sure to provide the perfect place to kick back and relax.
The villa can sleep up to 10 people. Each of the 5 bedrooms sleeps 2 guests, while there are also 3 full bathrooms spread across the villa’s two floors. The property has a large and expansive terrace with a covered dining area and furniture that can comfortably fit a full group of 10 so that you can enjoy some al fresco dining and watch the sun setting over the Mediterranean! There is a pool table and loungers to relax and let the summer day slip by.
Outside you will also find the modern private pool with a beautiful terraced area and sun lounges. Perfect for keeping cool, whether you’re swimming or sitting poolside with a cold drink. Exterior kitchen space and BBQ means you can rustle up some hotdogs, burgers, grilled fish & veggies for the summer party vibe. All the while taking in the fantastic ocean views.
Casa Avila comes equipped with free Wi-Fi throughout and a 40-inch smart TV with Netflix in the upper lounge so you can indulge in your favorite shows on those quieter evenings. There is also a TV in the lower salon area of the villa. There are also two kitchens in the villa, both equipped with all mod cons, including a dishwasher and coffee maker. There is air conditioning and heating throughout. There is a laundry room also.

Casa Avila is located within walking distance of the beautiful fishing village of La Cala where you have an array of restaurants and bars to choose from plus the beautiful beach with its fantastic clean beach and fantastic Chringuitos fish restaurants. Plus the added bonus of only being 30 minutes drive to Marbella.

Other things to note
Extra Cot
A cot for young children can be rented for 12 euros per night.
Extra Bed
People no matter the age stay for EUR 25.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed, when requested.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival check-in is between 16.00-18.00.
Later arrival will incur the following late fees: 18:00-20:00, EUR 50 / 20:00-22:00, EUR 70 / 22:00 Onwards, EUR 100.
Check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
Animals
As much as we love animals, this place is not created for our lovely little friends & we ask you kindly to respect our pet-free rule.
Parties
Parties are not allowed. It’s a quiet area created for families & golfers to enjoy a perfect stay in our calm paradise. In case you are a group of friends please let us instead introduce you to our “party friendly” properties since this one is not a match for you.
